Advertising Sales Representative position available
We are seeking a bright and energetic person to join our sales force and represent our diverse and growing list of magazine and festival clients. Your role will be to sell advertising space and sponsorships for various print and online publications.
You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and expectations. You require little supervision, and are very driven and motivated. You respond well to training, and are looking for a job that’s approximately 20-25 hours per week, with availability during day time hours Monday – Friday.
You’re motivated, and you strive to excel at whatever you’re doing. You’ve most definitely got sales experience… and whatever it was that you sold (print and online media sales preferred), you LOVED selling.
Pay: small base monthly fee + commission on all advertising sold.
NOTE: While having some experience in a customer service role with a sales focus is an asset, applicants without demonstrated success in sales would not be a fit for this particular position.

As a new year gets under way, we can’t help but reflect on the year that took its leave last month. 2012 was very good to all of us at Clevers Media, and over a brainstorm about the year ahead, we just couldn’t help but acknowledge our gratitude – for our internal business workings, the strong relationships we have with our clients, our talented employees, that we are fortunate enough to be approaching our five year anniversary since launch (imminently!), and that we get to do the kind of work we enjoy.
